More than 4,000 visitors visited Goodwine Fair during the three-day event
The second edition of International GOODWINE Fair enjoyed success, with more than 4,000 visitors, professionals, connaiseurs and wine lovers visiting the exhibition during the three-day event. Among them were food and beverage managers, sommeliers, authorized tasters, wine industry managers, business people, ambassadors, journalists.
"The best visitors panel in a Romanian wine fair I have ever seen in the past 18 years”, said Catalin Paduraru, wine critic. “True personalities, wine lovers, top wine connaisseurs, journalists, promoting agencies, diplomats, actors, singers, politicians, wine traders, wine retailers and representatives of hospitality industry”,Paduraru added.
The event gathered together over 20 wine producers, distributors, importers and also restaurants.
Visitors had the opportunity to taste exhibited premium wines, many of them being premiers at GOODWINE.
“I can say that the "future sounds fine" for presenting another face of the wine, rather than as food product, and I want to say wine as cultural and social product” , he said
Visitors also watched over the three days, the cooking shows performed by Bella Italia - Chefs School and the Chef Antonio Passarelli pairing food with the help of sommeliers.
The wines exhibited were from Romania, France, Italy, Chile, Australia, Bulgaria, South Africa, Argentina, California, Republic of Moldavia.
"I am sure that the fair has reached its goal, due to higher number and quality of visitors, high quality presented wines and enriched event programme" said Angelica Iva, General Manager ProActive Business Comunication, the GoodWine Fair organizer. "Preparations for the third GoodWine edition are full stem ahead with more than half of the exhibiting area being already booked", she added.GOODWINE is the only exquisite and specialized wine fair in Bucharest and also the place where business opportunities are gathering under the same cupola.
Visitors and exhibitors would find at GOODWINE more than a bunch of wines from Romania and from abroad. Tasting and the newcomer wines will fulfill the ambient of the exhibition.
